2. Pricing and Currency

  • Currency: All prices listed on our website, quotes, or invoices are displayed and transacted exclusively in United States Dollars (USD).

  • Total Pricing: The prices provided to the customer represent the total final cost of the service. There are no hidden fees or taxes added at the end of the checkout or billing process unless a structural change to the project scope is explicitly requested and approved by the client.

3. Payment Structure and Methods

To secure a high-quality standard of service and schedule your project, we enforce a strict Deposit & Balance Payment policy:

  • Deposit: A specific upfront deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your service date and cover initial material prep work. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs without notice (see Section 4).

  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full immediately upon completion of the work on-site.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: To maintain maximum transaction security, we do not integrate or use third-party online card processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Mercado Pago) on our website. We only accept:

    1. Cash

    2. Direct Bank Transfers (such as Zelle, Venmo, or direct wire to our business account).

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected changes happen. If you need to reschedule or cancel your service appointment:

  • You must notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

  • Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of your initial booking deposit to cover scheduling displacement and preparation costs.

5. Customer Responsibilities and Access

For our team to professionally execute organization, overhead ceiling rack installations, or wall repairs, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe, unhindered access to the designated garage or attic spaces at the scheduled time.

  • Ensure that any critical structural information regarding the property (such as hidden wiring, plumbing, or fragile ceiling joists) is disclosed prior to installation work.

6. Limitation of Liability

Liliana Jasso and the Company will perform all installations and repairs following strict commercial safety standards. However, we are not liable for pre-existing structural damage, home wear-and-tear, or items stored inappropriately by the customer after our organization or rack installation services are finalized.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any disputes arising from our services, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
