1. Water & Electrical Access

To perform our deep cleaning and pressure washing services, our team requires basic utility access:

  • Working Water Source: The homeowner must provide access to an operational outdoor water spigot (hose bib) with adequate water pressure.

  • Electrical Outlets: Access to at least one working exterior or garage electrical outlet is required for our detailing equipment.

2. Pre-Existing Concrete & Paint Conditions

Pressure washing is highly effective but uses high-velocity water streams:

  • Stain Limitations: While commercial-grade pressure washing lifts heavy grime, some deeply embedded oil, chemical, or battery acid stains may be permanent and cannot be fully removed without damaging the concrete.

  • Flaking Paint or Sealants: We are not liable for any flaking, chipping, or lifting of pre-existing epoxy, floor paint, or concrete sealants that may occur during the deep cleaning process due to previous wear or improper bonding.

3. Clearance of Items Required

To ensure a thorough top-to-bottom wash and avoid water damage to your belongings:

  • Empty Floor Space: The garage floor must be completely clear of items before the pressure washing phase begins. If you are not booking a full cleanout/organization package with us, all personal items, vehicles, and boxes must be removed from the garage prior to our arrival.

  • Moisture Protection: While we take care during the process, any items remaining on high shelves or walls that are sensitive to moisture should be removed or protected by the homeowner.

4. Drainage & Water Runoff

  • Proper Drainage: Homeowners must ensure the garage or driveway has functional drainage or a clear path for water runoff. We cannot be held responsible for water pooling caused by sloped foundation issues or clogged street drains.
