2. Paint & Color Matching Policy

  • Color Matching Disclaimer: While we use high-quality utility paint and make every professional effort to match your existing wall color, factors like paint age, sun fading, and texture variations mean a 100% exact match cannot always be guaranteed. For a completely uniform look, a full wall-to-wall paint service can be requested for an additional fee.

  • Customer-Provided Paint: If you have the original paint can or an exact color code you prefer us to use, please let our team know prior to the service.

3. Clearance & Drying Time

  • Wall Accessibility: All shelves, hanging racks, and items flush against the walls to be repaired must be removed or cleared before our team begins work.

  • Curing Time: Homeowners should allow 2 to 4 hours of drying time after our departure before hanging items back up or touching the freshly painted surfaces.
