Please note: Our services focus exclusively on debris removal, organization, shelf installation, and cosmetic cleanups. We do not provide insulation removal, wildlife/pest control, or industrial decontamination."

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your time and our team's schedule are highly valuable.

  • Notice Required: We require at least 24 to 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or instances where our team arrives at the property and cannot gain access, will be subject to a $50 late fee to cover operational and travel costs.

2. Summer Heat & Safety Conditions

Attics in San Antonio can reach dangerously high temperatures during the summer months. To ensure the safety of our team:

  • Temperature Limits: During peak summer weeks, attic cleanout services may be strictly limited to early morning slots (e.g., 7:00 AM – 14:00 AM).

  • Structural Restrictions: Our team will only walk on secure subflooring or plywood platforms. For safety and liability reasons, we cannot walk on open ceiling rafters where there is a risk of stepping through the drywall.

3. Debris Disposal & Hazardous Materials

We want to help you clear the clutter, but we must follow local disposal regulations:

  • Pre-Approval: Our team will never discard or donate any items without your explicit authorization. A homeowner or authorized adult must be available to review items.

  • Hazardous Waste: We do not haul or dispose of hazardous materials, including old liquid paint, household chemicals, vehicle batteries, or propane tanks. These must be disposed of by the homeowner at a local recycling facility.

4. Accessibility & Valuable Items

  • Clear Pathways: Please ensure the hallway, room, or area directly beneath the attic access hatch or drop-down ladder is completely clear before our team arrives.

  • Valuables: We highly recommend that homeowners personally secure and move irreplaceable valuables, sensitive legal documents, or high-end jewelry prior to our arrival.
